<sigh> Ok, in no particular order...
- No, I am not giving up my comic-fic archive. I will continue looking for and posting
stories and story parts whenever I get or find any that fit my site and my taste. But,
sadly, more and more of the 'older' writers are writing less and less, and not too many
of the newer fans even *know* Pryde&Wisdom or Excalibur or the New Mutants or my other
favorites, so there's frequently nothing to put up...
- No, I will not expand my site to include *all* X-Men stories or movieverse stories
or Ultimate-X stories or X-Men: Evolution stories or any other of the 'new' fandoms.
With all due respect to the many really good writers in those areas, to me fanfic is
all about revisiting characters I love and miss or feel are being grossly mistreated in
canon, and the characters and storylines in those areas just don't engage my interest or
involvement.
- No, I will not separate out my new Spike(+) archive
(the Crypt)
into a completely independent site, with its own "what's new" and "alphabetic
listing of stories" pages. I have a system and organization now that works well
for me -- that has worked well for five years! -- and that allows me to update
promptly and easily, and I have no desire or intention to complicate it and create
more work for myself.
- And finally -- no, I cannot make anyone finish unfinished stories. If you like a writer's work
-- finished or unfinished -- write *them* not me! (And, *please*, try to say something
a little more positive than "hey, finish that, you lazy bum, you owe it to me!" Heaven knows, emails like that don't inspire *me* to go work on *my* stories-still-in-progress!)
