Introduction to Appendix 4

This set of interviews and one article forms an appendix relating to a
general study of the arrangment of the Chemnitz Agreement between
Germany, France, and Britain as signed on April 15, 1997. While the
parts played in the arrangement of this agreement by the renegade
Black Air agent Peter Wisdom and former Excalibur member Katherine
Pryde were peripheral, some mention of their history prior to the meeting
is required for completeness. The documents and interviews
given here constitute all that could be found describing their
movements between their escape from Britain and their arrival in Chemnitz.
