DISCLAIMER: Domino, Cable, and X-Force all belong to Marvel. Grifter, Zealot, Voodoo, the Coda, Team 7, and the WildC.A.Ts all belong to the Wildstorm Productions division of Image Comics. The story, however is mine. I am not profiting in any way from this story, I'm just a starving student trying to avoid homework. NOTES: This story takes place sometime after the Domino LS. I am ignoring O:ZT and everything that goes along with it. It also takes place right after Zealot sides with John Colt, which I think is WildCATs #37. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was definately time to leave. She had considered her options all day long. Cable was really the only thing keeping her here, and now that he had Storm, she was free to go her own way. While the kids were great, they didn't need a babysitter. Hell, she wasn't much of a babysitter at that, either. It still hurt. Seeing him with her. Seeing them kiss. What had gone wrong between them? She hastily threw some clothes into a duffel bag and rummaged through the enormous stockpile of guns in her closet. Picking out her favorites, she tossed them in also. Domino carefully ripped the X emblem off her uniform and propped it up on her dresser. Nathan would understand. Making her way to the open window, she paused. She was forgetting something. Throwing the closet open again, she pulled out a long wooden case and removed a long-shafted, oddly curved blade. Vaulting out the window with weapon and bag, Domino headed for her car, the moonlight glinting wickedly off the silver blade. UP NEXT: Part One--Domino runs into a very, very old friend!
