Pure fluff ... and in remembrance of those characters STILL in Limbo ... CONTINUITY: None. Nil. Nada. WARNING: Slightly evil ending ... -------------------------------------------------------- Katherine Pryde looked around her bedroom, and bit her lip. Clothes were EVERYWHERE. Not in an "Oh-no-Illyana's-imps-got-loose-again" type of pattern, either - there was a certain pattern to the chaos Magik's pets caused. These clothes had been flung in a completely haphazard manner, and the drawers were still hanging out of Kitty's dresser. "I'm 15 years old. I can handle a little bit of redecorating by one dragon," Shadowcat reminded herself, as she started to pick up her belongings. "PRYDE !!!" "If Lockheed gets turned into a toaster oven by Illyana, that's his own fault," Kitty said, trying to smile as her roommate teleported in with a look of rage. "HE ATE MY BEST GRIMOIRE !" Illyana seethed, pointing at the ruins of the book she was holding. "And he didn't even tear up my other books, either - this was out of SPITE, Pryde. I know where dragons' vulnerable spots are -" "OK, that's it," Kitty replied, frowning. "Illyana, let me talk to him. There's got to be a reason -" Both girls stopped, and looked down at the moan coming from one of the piles of Kitty's laundry. Kitty carefully nudged aside a few pairs of jeans, then repressed a gasp. Lockheed lay among her jeans, a stuffed stomach rising and lowering with his pained moans. He gave Illyana an apologetic glance, and handed her a pile of pages. "He ... these aren't dragon bites," Illyana mumbled. "I guess I owe you apology, Lockheed. But why the mess ?" Lockheed's eyes lit up, and he tried to fly up, but fell back to the floor. He cooed and huffed, but the girls couldn't understand a word. Then, he coughed, and Illyana's eyes widened. "That's -" she began, before shrieking and teleporting away. "EEUUGHHHH," Kitty gagged, looking at the blushing dragon. "Lockheed, bad dragon. "The mice are Logan's dinner." -------------------------------------------------------- end ;) --------------------------------------------------------
