Spike turned Rupert Giles in the 1980's. In Season 2 of
BtVS
it is mentioned that the Council of Watchers thought that Drusilla died
in Prague. This is my version of events with Ripper involved.
* * * * *
Spike hated the new Prague. Before the fall of the iron curtain
it
had been a fun place to hang out. People disappeared all the time
thanks to the KGB so nobody noticed a few extra disappearing. And
the underground community of drug and weapon running allowed him to
make
some extra cash as well.
The crime was still there but people noticed things more making it
harder
to stay below the radar of the new government. Dru liked it
though
and had been so happy to find her old ballet teacher was still
around.
The last time around they had come to Prague because Dru had wanted to
learn to dance and Spike had found a ballet teacher willing to teach at
night with no questions asked. Dru had loved it so much Spike had
let the teacher live when they left. Besides Oxana had been such
a
hard arse Spike had begun to like her too. She was incredibly
flexible as well the things she could do with her thighs had kept him
and
Dru entertained many times.
When they had said goodbye she had smiled at him and thanked him for
not
feeding on her or her family letting him understand that she knew what
they were. Of course the fact that they did not show up in the
wall
to wall mirrors had probably been a dead giveaway.
Oxana was older now but still as sharp as ever and Spike felt a pang of
regret at her aging despite her maintaining her beauty. The fall
of
the iron curtain had not been kind to her, before she had had a stable
job teaching at the state ballet school with high status and good
money. Now she was just another teacher in a big city competing
for
an increasingly small pool of students. So she had happily
accepted
Dru's request to teach Ripper how to dance.
Spike just thanked his lucky stars that it was Ripper dressed in tights
and a tutu this time around. That said the young vampire looked
rather tasty in the getup. Dru had spent hours plucking all the
hairs out of Ripper's chest and legs so that he was as smooth as a
girl. His long legs looked good hugged by the tights and they
accentuated his firm arse in a very appealing way. It was an
incredible turn on to imagine the boy in the getup on his knees sucking
Spike's cock, especially with the makeup and feathers in his hair.
Oxana could have shown Angelus a thing or two about discipline
too.
Spike perched on a windowsill at the dance studio watching her put
Ripper
through his paces.
"The foot is to glide, glissade." Oxana tapped Ripper's foot with her
training cane, "Glide, not stomp like an elephant." She tapped the cane
harder to emphasis her point. Spike's own foot throbbed in
memory,
the little dance instructor wielded that cane like a dominatrix and
Spike
knew that Ripper would have lovely welts all over his legs and feet by
the end of the evening.
Dru was standing behind Ripper carefully working through the steps
flawlessly. Spike loved to watch his princess dance even when she
was hearing music that nobody else could hear. She was wearing
one
of the custom made tutus Spike had given her in the style of the black
swan from Swan Lake and made Spike's heart swell with contentment.
Dru had insisted Ripper learn the female steps as she wanted to watch
Spike and him dance together. Spike was looking forward to it as
well despite the fact that Ripper was that much taller. Spike had
actually enjoyed learning to dance and had discovered that it had
helped
in his fighting. With his vampire speed and power the ballet
added
a lethal grace to his style that suited his build. He was really
looking forward to seeing the changes to Ripper's hunt as well.
Ripper had been excited to come to Prague talking about the history and
beauty of the city until Spike had gagged him to shut up. He
begged
for permission to go shopping as soon as they were settled and returned
with a huge stack of books talking about how the city stank of
magic.
Ripper had learnt to scan books quickly and memorise what was important
since they had a tendency to have to leave places quickly. Spike
and Ripper kept essential belongs close by at all times for quick
exits,
most belongings could be replaced and neither had deep attachments to
things anyway.
Spike's feet moved unconsciously in time with Oxana's
instructions.
"demi-plié, fifth and demi-plié," she clapped the beat
encouraging Ripper
to follow, "glide, again."
Oxana saw Spike grin at Ripper's discomfort and called a halt, "Mr
William perhaps you would like to show Mr Rupert how it is done?"
Spike wiped the grin from his face and leapt down from the
windowsill. He shrugged off his leather jacket and went over to
the
bar. He raised an eyebrow at Ripper's smirk and performed the
move
flawlessly still wearing his boots.
"Not bad Mr William," Oxana commented, "you have not practiced enough
though."
Spike laughed and swung Oxana around in his arms, "I like you Madame,"
he
said putting her down before she took her cane to him.
"Thank you Mr William, please do not do that." Oxana's English was good
but she used it sparingly, "take off boots and dance properly."
Spike bowed to Oxana and removed his boots. Padding over to Dru
he
bowed again and extended his hand to her. Dru took his hand and
he
spun her into the middle of the room.
"All dancers should be vampires," Oxana commented to Ripper as they
watched the perfectly matched pair dance. Spike was able to hold
Dru with ease and catch her no matter how high he threw her. She
trusted him to always be there and the chemistry between them was
almost
visible.
Ripper looked at the dance teacher with surprise but nodded his
agreement, the vampires made the most difficult move seem effortless
and
their inhuman grace seemed to control the music. "You don't mind
the fact that we are vampires?"
"I have lived through more evil than any vampire could cause," she
said,
"They are good to me and do not hunt me or mine. In the end that
is
what all people do, look after their own."
Ripper nodded in agreement his eyes never leaving the dancing couple,
they were his own they were his everything and he understood exactly
what
Oxana meant.
"Class is over for the evening," Oxana said as the dance became more
intimate, "I will leave you now."
"Good night Madame," Ripper bowed over her hand managing to be
gentlemanly despite his attire.
In the centre of the room Spike had captured Dru in a passionate kiss
and
Ripper had to adjust his tights as Spike added kisses to Dru's neck and
shoulders his hands caressing her body. He loved to watch them
together almost as much as he liked to be in the middle of their
attention writhing and begging for release.
"Dance with our swan Spikey," Dru said when she noticed the teacher had
left.
Spike twirled Dru back to Ripper and grinned. "Well childe, have
you learnt enough to dance with me?"
Ripper curtsied and put his hand in Spike's. Spike spun him into
the room just as he had Drusilla who clapped with delight. This
dance was more physical than the first. Spike stalked Ripper
across
the room bending the young vampire to his will. Despite the
frilly
white tutu Ripper held his own resisting the urge to bow down to his
sire, knowing that Spike preferred it when he fought back.
Despite the size difference Spike lifted Ripper effortlessly as they
performed. Dru laughed and spun on the sidelines delighted by the
dancing.
Lowering Ripper to the ground Spike ran an appreciative hand along one
leg, "Dru you are going to have to get your tweezers out again," he
said
with a grin. Ripper shivered with anticipation at the
promise. He loved to be tied down while Dru moved across his body
plucking out hairs. Her soft hands roaming wherever she chose
leaving Ripper a helpless writhing mess. He enjoyed it almost as
much as when Spike would let him suck cock for hours curled at his
sire's
feet.
"Follow," Spike said and started running. Ripper laughed and
followed as Spike launched himself off a wall into a diving fall broken
by a tuck and roll. Ripper copied the move with no less grace
coming to a halt in a graceful bow at Spike's feet.
Spike lifted Ripper up and ran his hands down the younger vampire
admiring the way the leotard clung. Dru put her hands on Spike's
shoulders and whispered in his ear.
"Mummy's hungry pet," he said to Ripper, "let's go find her something
nice and sweet, and maybe something a bit stronger for us. Put a
coat over your getup I know exactly where to catch something nice."
Ripper blinked at the order not sure he liked the idea of being seen in
public in such a manner. He contemplated the wisdom of disobeying
Spike and weighed it up against the thrill of someone catching a
glimpse
of him and the possibility of being allowed to get down on his knees in
an alleyway and please his sire.
Spike knew his childe perfectly and so wasn't surprised when Ripper
paused for a moment and then went and grabbed his coat. Spike
loved
the rebellion in Ripper but loved the deviant stripe he had cultivated
more. He couldn't wait to flip that tutu up and fuck the boy over
the cooling bodies of their prey while Dru watched.
Spike helped Dru into her fur coat and redressed himself.
"Are we off to see the wizard?" Dru asked.
"After dinner pet," Spike replied.
Dru didn't like the alleyway but Spike thought it was perfect for what
he
wanted to see. Ripper was hovering by the entrance the very
picture
of debauched innocence. His makeup was smudged and the knees of
his
tights were torn out from kneeling at Spike's feet.
He was a temptation to good to resist and it wasn't long until a well
dressed man stopped by the alley and looked at Ripper in surprise and
no
little arousal.
"Are you alright?" the man asked in Hungarian. It was a phrase
they
had all learnt very quickly when they started playing their games,
along
with 'Please don't' and 'I beg of you'.
Ripper looked embarrassed and smiled, "it was a dare but I felt so
pretty
I wanted to see if anyone else thought so too," he said, "do you think
I'm pretty?"
"I think you are very pretty my swan," the man switched to English,
"but
you must be cold."
"Will you warm me up?" Ripper asked sounding very much like Dru.
"I'm sure I can," the man leered, "what's your name little swan?"
"Rupert," Ripper smiled at the man half a head shorter than he was
calling him little, "will you dance with me?" He moved back into
the alley and the man followed mindlessly.
"Let's dance Rupert," the man tried to grab hold of the taller
man
only to find he was caught in a steel grip.
"Mind if I cut in?" Spike said in the man's ear. He spun the man
around into Ripper's arms.
"Do you think he's pretty?" Ripper asked.
"What do you think you're doing, let go of me," the man
struggled.
Spike laughed and licked the side of the man's neck.
Dru glided past them her attention caught by movement on the other side
of the street. Captivated by the fear pouring off the man Spike
did
not notice her leaving.
Ripper moved closer pinning the man between them. The feathers in
his hair had come askew and when he slipped into his demon face the
makeup made him even more grotesque to the terrified man.
"I don't think he thinks I'm pretty anymore," Ripper lisped.
"Vampire, szornyeteg," the man gasped. He began to chant
something
in Hungarian causing Ripper to growl.
"Magic," he said to Spike and bit through the man's throat, "wow," his
eyes widened.
Curious Spike took a bite out of the side of the man's neck.
Instantly he was hit by a burst of magic that made the blood
fizz.
All too quickly the man's heart slowed and stopped. Dropping the
body Spike grabbed Ripper and kissed him hard. He was about to
push
Ripper down to take care of his demanding erection when he realised
that
Dru had gone.
"Bugger," Spike checked the alley.
"Damn," Ripper agreed and they headed out to find her.
On the other side of the street Dru was dancing with a child who should
not have been out so late. The child was scared Dru had already
taken a bite but had been distracted.
Ripper touched Spike's arm and pointed down the street a bit to a group
of men watching Dru and chanting.
"It's a fucking trap," Spike swore, "distract them and I'll get
Dru."
Whatever the men had been expecting it wasn't a vampire in full demon
face charging at them wearing a white tutu. Their chant faltered
and it gave Ripper a chance to tear one of them apart. Two
stepped
forward to engage Ripper with stakes and daggers while the remaining
attempted to continue.
Spike reached Dru in time to catch her as she crumpled to the
ground. He felt the wave of magic brush past. The
whimpering
child was tossed aside as Spike checked his dark princess was
alright.
"I feel funny Spikey," she whispered, "all bad tingly inside. I
don't like it."
Spike kissed her on the forehead and made her comfortable on the
ground,
"be right back darling," he said slipping into demon face. With a
roar Spike flew down to where Ripper was holding his own against the
humans.
Ripper had taken out the two guards and one of the chanters when Spike
dove in breaking the necks of two more and pinning the remaining man
against a wall.
"What did you do to her?" he demanded. The man replied defiantly
in
Hungarian and spat in Spike's face. With a growl Spike bounced
the
man's head against the wall, there was a squelching noise and the man
slumped in Spike's hands.
Spike tossed the body aside and looked at Ripper. "Did you feel
it?" he asked.
A cry from Drusilla revealed more to the trap as a flurry of crossbow
bolts flew across the street. Spike batted several of them away
and
Ripper set several more alight, but two found their marks. Spike
swore with frustration at the bolt in his shoulder but ignored it when
he
saw the second imbed in Ripper's chest.
Both were forgotten when they saw several men swarm over Drusilla who
was
spitting like a cat at them. She managed several serious strikes
but whatever spell had been cast on her she was weakening fast.
Spike launched himself into the air and practically flew into the
humans
ripping apart whatever he could touch. Ripper threw himself on
top
of Drusilla to protect her. When Spike was thrown into the wall
Ripper muttered an incantation that threw all the attackers back into
the
street.
Spike snapped the bolt out of his shoulder and picked up Dru.
They
started running as a large mob appeared at the other end of the
street.
Ripper looked back ignoring the bolt in his chest and laughed despite
his
fear for Drusilla. They spent a lot of time running from mobs,
between Drusilla's madness, Spike's impetuousness and his ability to
piss
of magic users. Ripper loved the exhilaration of the chase almost
as much as the hunt.
They left the mob behind easily and back tracked to the warehouse they
had been staying in.
Ripper grabbed his books and packed up Spike and Dru's belongings.
"Bloody Hungarians," Spike grumbled, "I really hate Prague. You
get
anything?" he asked Ripper as he finished bandaging up the chest
wound.
"I felt the magic but I don't know," Ripper confessed, "I can remember
some of the words they chanted but need my books. We shouldn't
have
killed them all," he said regretfully.
"You think?" Spike said rolling a cigarette.
"We should leave anyway," Ripper said, "they will find us with magic
soon
enough."
"Let's get the hell out of Europe," Spike said, "I have an urge for
something warmer."
"Can we say goodbye to Madame first?" Dru wandered into the room.
"Dru honey, you should be resting," Spike went over to her, "I'll bring
you a snack before we go."
"Madame, please Spike," Dru said, "her star is going out."
Spike nodded, "very well pet, then how does America sound for a
visit?"
"It sounds yummy, maybe we will find daddy too there is a city with his
name there."
Spike glowered as he always did when Angelus was mentioned and Ripper
ran
a comforting hand down his sire's back. He had yet to meet the
infamous Angelus and was curious to see if the vampire matched the few
things he had read as a human or was closer to the descriptions given
by
Spike and Drusilla.
Occasionally when drinking Spike would mention the good old days with
Angelus and Ripper would be consumed with jealousy at the emotion in
Spike's voice. When Drusilla talked of Angelus Spike would
bristle
in much the same manner adding to Ripper's increasing understanding of
vampire families.
Ripper slipped out of the room and grabbed someone out of the larder to
strengthen Drusilla. He grabbed a little something for the
journey
knowing they could drop the body off at the border. Ripper was
not
sure what the magic was doing to Dru and could only hope he could find
something in his books as he was not sure what his sire would do if he
lost their dark princess.
